Product facts at a glance
Everything important about the bag, clearly stated.
Rooted in ideal growing conditions
Along Mexico’s tropical Pacific coast, abundant sunshine, warm temperatures and seasonal rains meet lush, fertile soil—ideal growing conditions for exceptional, naturally nutrient-dense mango. Selected at ripeness and carefully dried, the fruit develops concentrated tropical flavor and sweetness without the need for added sugar.
Carefully dried. Nothing added.
Drying removes much of the fruit’s water while concentrating the character of ripe mango. The result is a shelf-stable fruit with no need for added sugar or a long ingredient list.
Naturally sweet. Easy to enjoy.
Enjoy it straight from the bag or use it anywhere concentrated mango flavor and chewy fruit texture fit the recipe.
Nutrition with context
Dried mango retains naturally occurring nutrients from the fruit, but drying also concentrates the fruit’s natural sugars and calories by weight because much of the water has been removed. That is why “no added sugar” is a meaningful purity statement, but it does not mean “sugar-free.”
Research & food science
Independent food-science research shows that drying conditions can change carotenoid retention, phenolic compounds, volatile aroma compounds and sensory quality in mango. Research on Mexican Ataulfo mango also characterizes its phenolic profile. These papers provide scientific context for the ingredient; they are not laboratory analyses of this specific Mexican Growers batch.
Important context: Why this matters: variety, ripeness, drying temperature and processing method can materially affect the composition and sensory quality of dried mango. Product-specific nutrition or composition claims should therefore come from analysis of the actual product.
