Wholesale Buyer Application

Tell us what you source, the volumes you need and where it must go. Approved buyers can be matched with qualified Mexican Growers products and distribution options.

Application progressStep 1 of 6

Use the numbered steps to return to any completed section.

1. Company & primary contact

Provide the legal and operating information Mexican Growers needs to identify your company and communicate with the person responsible for purchasing.

Use the name customers know you by. This may be different from the registered legal name.
Enter the exact legal entity that would sign an agreement and appear on invoices.
For example: owner, purchasing manager, chef, category buyer or operations director.
Use the business email Mexican Growers should use for approval notices and account documents.
Include the country code. WhatsApp is acceptable where it is your normal business contact.
Optional. A company website or verified business profile helps us confirm the organization.
Choose the language in which you want onboarding emails and documents.
Optional at this stage. Examples include a tax ID, company registration number, RFC, EIN or VAT number. Do not enter a personal identifier.
The address legally associated with the company or used for billing.
Enter the warehouse, store, distribution center or Amazon destination if it differs from the registered address.

2. Buyer type & sourcing needs

Select the option that best describes how your company will use or resell the product.
List each ingredient, preferred form and quality level. Example: organic dried hibiscus flowers, whole, foodservice grade.
Give an estimate such as 10 cases, 1 pallet or 500 kg. An approximate range is acceptable.
An estimate helps us match you with growers who can maintain supply. It is not a purchase commitment.
Example: immediately, within 60 days, next harvest season or date of a planned product launch.
List the city, state/province and country. Include multiple destinations if applicable.

3. Product, packaging & certification requirements

Choose how you need the ingredient supplied. Select “Any / discuss” when flexible.
Example: 12 × 500 g bags per case, 20 kg foodservice sacks or full-pallet quantities.
List only certifications your purchasing program requires, such as certified organic or kosher.
Choose “Yes” when the product must be packaged under your company’s brand.
Include moisture, particle size, microbiological limits, ingredient purity, permitted tolerances or an existing specification.

4. Ordering & commercial requirements

Amazon Business may handle the order and fulfillment. A Mexican Growers purchase order may be used for approved direct wholesale arrangements.
Requested terms are reviewed after verification. Selecting net terms does not constitute credit approval.
Example: one-time trial, monthly, quarterly, seasonal or forecasted recurring orders.
Samples may involve product, freight or laboratory costs depending on the request.
Tell us about launch dates, customer requirements, forecast changes, multiple locations or special receiving rules.
Optional: upload an RFP, product specification, vendor form or other document that helps us evaluate the request.

5. Mexican Growers network protection

Mexican Growers invests in discovering, inspecting, qualifying and developing producer relationships. Approved buyers may communicate with growers for legitimate technical and product discussions, but supplier access cannot be used to bypass Mexican Growers.

Five-year protected relationship principle

The final Wholesale Customer Agreement will prohibit both soliciting and accepting direct business from Protected Mexican Growers suppliers—including associated protected supplier relationships—for five years after termination. It will also prohibit indirect circumvention through affiliates, purchasing agents, related companies or intermediaries.

The final governing law, forum and enforcement remedies will be selected and tailored by counsel.

Required to continue: read the protection principle and check the acknowledgement below.

Pending: check the box to confirm you have read this principle.

After checking it, the Continue button opens Step 6. This acknowledges the commercial principle; the final legal agreement is sent after company verification.

6. Review & declaration

What happens next

Mexican Growers will review company fit, requested products, volume, destination and commercial requirements. Approval of this application does not itself establish credit terms or guarantee product availability.

When wholesale pricing is released

The complete wholesale price book is not public and is not released with this application. After Mexican Growers verifies the buyer and the final Wholesale Customer Agreement is signed, the approved account receives private, buyer-specific case and pallet pricing.

Pricing may vary by volume, delivery location, payment terms, packaging, private label requirements and fulfillment method.
